Griffin Gonzales

Griffin Gonzales works at the intersection of culture, communications, and commerce.

Prior experience includes leading brand voice for Ralph Lauren's $4B men's business, developing positioning frameworks around American manufacturing at Shinola, and cementing Aurora Shoe Co.'s cult status within the global menswear canon. His work has also supported public initiatives with the New York State Department of Veterans' Services and historic preservation efforts in Detroit.

Currently, he serves as Senior Brand Strategy Manager at Tailored Brands, helping steer one of North America's largest menswear portfolios.

Raised along the shores of Lake Michigan, his work draws inspiration from the landscapes, industries, and everyday rituals that define the American Midwest. He holds a B.A. in American Culture from the University of Michigan.
